I went in today, as me and a family member was shopping we seen a pigeon had flown in and was sat at the back of the store so we let a member of staff know and the way he spoke to us and about other customers and to other customers was absolutely disgusting! He was rude, sarcastic and threatening! The way he spoke to an elderly lady was sickening! I will not be shopping there again! I can't find a phone number to put a complaint in! I'm disgusted!

Typical 99p store. Can get busy but decent enough range of useful bits but like most places, shop around as some prices can be more expensive than supermarkets.
