“I had a key cut for my caravan door and as they did not have the right key, it was cut with a similar key. I was asked to try the key before paying and then go back with the result so I could have a 2nd one cut and then pay for them both. Unfortunately I was not able to get back to the store, so I telephoned to pay for the key and was told it was not a problem.
