“Timothy at Clark's Outlet Shop on the outskirts of Blackpool was amazing with my ND daughter today. We had already been in the shop once, got feet measured by someone else and then had to leave to calm down. The second time we went in Timothy came to check some shoes we picked out and was amazing with her. The size wasn't quite right and he got another size out of the back. We didn't need to explain anything about why she was the way she was, even in the busy shop his voice was calm, he spoke directly to her even though she didn't talk to him at all and explained what he was doing as he checked the shoes so she understood. The best size still hurt so he asked some questions and explained why a different style might hurt less and asked if there were any shoes in that style she wanted to try. Because of Timothy we left the shop with three pairs of shoes when I wasn't hopeful in managing to get one pair! Timothy is a star and we are definitely coming back.”

“I recently visited the Victoria Street NEXT store to buy some work trousers. I met Sharon the sales assistant, who was really friendly and helpful. She showed me various possibilities and after trying them on I ended up buying two pairs, she made it so easy for me, so thank you.”

“It is a lovely shop with beautiful shoes and boots and all things that are needed, but,the only problem with their products is that, they do not do a EEE wide fitting in anything. As a person with a vèrý broad foot, none of them fit me. Can someone please ,get a wholesaler that deals with this problem. Thank you, Mrs, S.Smìth.”
