This was great! I came here to get my Jordan 1s fixed and was impressed. The service was great and I really like how new they look. Will be coming here again if I have anymore problems with another pair of shoes. Well done ??

Absolutely Super Friendly Service - the manager Ellie goes above and beyond to help her customers . Ellie has previously served me in another Timpson store and her helpfulness didn?t go unnoticed . Now she?s manager at the sainsburys branch & it?s safe to say her impeccable customer service leaves a lasting impression! I went in-store too see if I could get a small plaque made for my baby girl Cleo grace and the lady I spoke with was absolutely amazing!! She wanted it too be as perfect as I did and I honestly couldn't thank her enough for everything she did today and the plaque is absolutely beautiful

Took a couple of watches today - one for a battery, and another for a new strap. The strap proved to be a challenge due to the design of the watch, but the lovely Ellie stuck with it, and we had success! Great friendly and helpful service - would definitely recommend

Went in for a watch battery, expected to drop it off etc. Lovely lady informed she would do it there and then and at a cost that was less than anticipated.

Great service, the guy who is the main guy here has a great attitude and goes out of his way to do his best. I get my zippo stuff here and only here due to his service. Genuinely decent bloke and service.
