I can understand why alot of people get upset and angry with the NHS. I came in yesterday for an x-ray for my parent who has a bent finger n we was recommended to get an x-ray by the doctor so we headed up late afternoon. Greeted by an receptionist with an attitude problem n told us to sit down. A couple of minutes in the receptionist started to behave bizzare he started rocking back and forth like a crazy person humming and talking to himself. We were called to the x-ray n there was no fracture but the nurse didn't even bother putting a splint or a bandage to try n straighten her finger all we was told was to take pain relief n that's it. I thought doctors and nurses were super to care for their patient's not just dismiss them. Some hospital system you run.

What a bunch of wasters! Did not have a clue what they are doing! Sack the lot of them and certainly no pay rises. Horrendous treatment and lied to by head nurse saying someone was off sick! No they went to wrong hospital. Surrounded. Y morons! After that I walked out as no trust in good care when I am vulnerable

Its NHS so wait a few months for an appointment and try not to die whilst waiting. Once your in though, you should get looked after.

I felt there were a lot of miscommunications between NHS trusts and others.

Staff overworked because of people going with a scratch or swollen ankle. I had a 15-hour wait due to time wasting people

Would leave 0 stars if i could. They saw my 3 year old boy who had slipped over, took him to x-ray and said he just had a sprained ankle. 2 days on and he's still screaming if he puts his foot down, so we go to Blackburn hospital instead, they do an x-ray and he has a fractured shin bone. The negligence is beyond belief, and whoever the Dr was who saw him needs striking off. I have never been more disgusted or angry in my entire life. I have always supported the NHS but the level of care these days is pathetic, they can't be arsed to do their jobs correctly or they are incompetent (not sure which is worse). AVOID this hospital!!
