Received a message to tell me my order was ready to collect yesterday couldn't get there so was going to pick up today until I received another message saying my order has been cancelled ? and I have been refunded WOW !! Not even given 48 hours to collect shocking I'll be going somewhere else Thanks

The Manager Paul is a very arrogant person. I took an item back that was clearly faulty within the 30 days period and he made me feel like a total idiot!Showed what was wrong on the laptop I had bought and he asked if I'd removed my account to which I replied yes obviously.
