Went in to get my phoned fixed still under warranty and was told by the shop manager I had two options one to get it sent off to be fixed by ee and be without a phone for up to 14 days or take it to a market shop (I'm being polite here his words disuted me) and let them fix it is again said if I did that the warranty would be nil and void he replies yes well so what I was so shocked at this level of lack of customer service I walked out the shop i phoned head office who was also shocked by what I had said yet the day after they also let me down when I went back in a lady who only wanted a 10 top up was being asked 1000 questions and was being made to buy a new phone is told her to say no thank god she did the service in this shop is not my kind of customer service by a very long way and when doing my training with my staff will use it as a bad experience one EE you should be ashamed

Sometimes they are really busy so you may need to wait but the staff are always helpful and friendly

Excellent service. Leanne the sales person was very good with my young child whilst doing my sale (Christmas present that needed to keep secretive)
