Excellent, placed online order on Thursday with expected 3-5 working days delivery.Delivery arrived Friday morning, less then 24 hours later.Slight confusion of the dimensions of a item, but it was a mistake on website, called the branch to inform them and later on checked website and it has already been corrected.Overall excellent service.

I had a solid-wood kitchen worktop offcut for which I needed two simple cuts to make shelves. Rang 4 or 5 companies, went to B&Q and none was interested because I didn't get the wood from them even though I was willing to pay £20-£30.Called here and they asked for just a £5 and did it immediately.I was so pleased I offered them more but Mick, the guy that did the carrying and the cutting, wouldn't hear of it - "a box of teabags would be nice... we all drink tea here". Duly delivered!

Only wanted a ofcut but the warehouse staff were so unhelpful.and rude I just walked out of the place Iwas so disgusted in there response.Thought about going to the management but they probably have the same attitude.
