“Needed a bed urgently, rang round a few shops all said it couldn't be done, until that is I spoke to Janine at prestige bedsYep no problem she said and true to her word the bed was delivered and assembled on the day we agreed on. I should also point out all this was done over the phone, and we hadn't seen the bed until after it had been delivered at our mum's , and I am very pleased to say. “What a lovely experience staying at this hotel. All the staff were brilliant. They were very professional but friendly and very helpful. The food was absolutely lovely, especially breakfast and the 24/7 menu.The room was comfortable, quiet and dark enough to sleep well. Unfortunately, on the last night the Air Conditioning Unit noise kept waking us up during the night. Also, the lift broke down on our last day, and walking up to the third floor was very difficult and probably impossible for some people. I can't believe such a big hotel hasn't got two lifts!!!Overall, a very pleasant experience and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we visit Burnley. The walk along the canal into Burnley is very pleasant too.Walkability: Easy walking into Burnley along the canal.Food & drinks: Breakfast was great. The 24/7 menu was very nice too.”
