A pleasant enough bank and the staff seem pleasant too but oh dear me the time queueing! Never go on a monday unless you've got a spare half hour.

Santander in Padiham and Nelson now closed, Santaner ATMs removed. now the Burnley Branch closes early everyday. People are at work, and now can no longer get to the bank anymore. Useless staff and branch, sack the lot of them.

It was my first time visited this bank , the staffwere very polite , helpful and conscientious.There is also some seating areas which I find very helpful should you wish to sit down to wait for someone. The staff look very tidy , clean and professional, service was excellent too .

Absolutely terrible bank, there horrible to deal with direct and adjust your debit transfer limit!!! I can't transfer my funds out easily !!! They've lowered my transfer limit absolutely disgusting it's my money!!! Not there's

Stud out side try to get in with santander staff stood there seeing how many waiting instead of doing there job sorting pps with two look out for more pps coming but still ant sorted the pps that was already waiting needs something sorted out ok
