I'm a keyworkerAwaiting to be served at check out.My visit was work related.There was a customer in front of me.Returning various articles of clothing.Only one check out opened.And door manned by one member of staff noing down what appears numbers hence customers visiting shop.I had to due to my work keyworker in community politely place down items I required to purchase .As couldnt wait smy longer Time wise for work.To be advised..They have only one check out openedThat is not right.Surely .Prioritising during covid and for keyworkers would be respectful.Staffing is not the public problemIts managements to provide a functional service
