My Vodafone protect and connect 6 was installed by Trackerfit and since summer 2018 the app does not show alerts when the car is moved or if it is driven out of the Geofence it has taken Robert Quale over a week to call me back his customer service is piss poor however if you phone them up and want to pay for something then rest assured someone will be with you right away.

Absolute outstanding service by Steph Fletcher customer service advisor. She was extremely helpful in dealing with my enquiry with regard to a Tracker engineer. Thank you very much, cannot fault the customer service always received from this company.

The worst company i have ever dealt with. I have four cars with tracker fitted and have just discovered that one has been disconnected because they have not sent a reminder so i cant renew on line and waiting for what seems like hours to get a phone answered by an operator. This is the third time that they have failed to send a reminder and despite making requests to speak to a manager they have not responded. Cobra Navtrack

Tried for 2 weeks to pay my anual subscription. Waited for 20 minutes each time. A disgrace they will not transfer subscription to a new owner!!! Seller had just renewed and paid over £200 but they refused to refund or transfer it. A rip off!!!!!!!!

Dreadful 'Customer Service' ( to call it this is a joke!!)
Have tried for two days to renew my annual subscription and the best I have achieved is "there are 5 callers in front of you". The worst was 13!!!!!
Why should I waste my time and money waiting for them to answer the phone so that they can then take more of my money??????

Very very very poor service! After taking ages to answer the phone, I am told that the subscription I paid for (to 2020!!!) on one of my vehicles is not transferrable when I change the car. Typical Vodaphone. My advice to you ... go somewhere else for your fleet tracker service. In my opinion, Vodaphone are hopeless. Unfortunately, to post this review I had to give them one star ... they deserve NO stars!!!
