Amazing place for the little ones. Having said that I don?t know who enjoys it more my 2 year old or me. Very clean, lovely food as well and friendly helpful staff.

We had our little boys 3rd birthday party, we opted for the toddler pancake party, it was amazing. Couldn?t fault anything about it, including the price. The pancakes were lovely, loads of toppings and sauces for the kids to make their own. Staff couldn?t do enough to assist us and were really helpful in the process of booking, sorting the arrangements and during the party. Thankyou so much!

This place is by no doubt fantastic for the kids. Not only does it have great equipment with the inflatable AND soft play but it also sells alcohol ?? have a beer whilst your kids play! It?s a parents dream? the only thing that makes me give it 4 stars instead of 5 is the cost. Compared to a lot of places around the area I think this is quite expensive. I have an 8 year old, 7 year old and a 2 year old and it?s cost me £55 and that is without buying any food or drinks.P.S? it?s February and think it?s time to take down the Christmas Decs ???

Fab place for the kids. However they refused to open upstairs area for more seating, so I ended up in a corner where I couldn't watch for my kids.

Booked a party room for my son's 7th birthday and we were not disappointed. The staff were really helpful, with everything prepared and organised in advance. The place is massive and the kids had an amazing time playing in the various areas. The wristbands are a great idea to let them know when to return to the party room for food. The party food selection was good quality and they all enjoyed the party games after the food. Would highly recommend this place to anyone organising a kid's party because it really does make it very easy.

We went for adult takeaway we didn't want to do the quiz and was told we couldn't go on the majority while quiz was on so wasted an hour.

We have been in the past and my children loved it. What I really want to say is I had an emergency and couldn?t make my booking and the team where amazing changing it for us. Brilliant place to visit with kids and adults too something for everyone

I?m incredibly impressed with this play centre. I have been to many different ones because my sister takes my niece. This is the best one out of them all! I have visited Fun Arena on numerous occasions, everyone is always so lovely. However, from today?s visit I would like to highlight what happened. For context my niece is non verbal and autistic. She wanted a black and white football from the machine, my sister alerted a member of staff if we could get one instead of inserting money and not getting one she likes. At this point she was having a tantrum on the floor, on previous occasions when she doesn?t get the one she wants we have had to leave as she will not stop crying and throwing herself on the floor, she even ends up hurting herself. The staff member went and told someone who came quickly and opened it up, letting my niece get the one she wants to have. She was ecstatic, it was so heartwarming to see someone going out of their way for us as usually everyone just stares whilst my niece has a tantrum, and label her as ?naughty?, making us feel uneasy whilst we are trying to deal with it. I already loved this play centre but now I do even more, couldn?t recommend anywhere more.

Kids loved it, really clean. Not overly busy on a Saturday morning. We had a coffee which was good for a soft play centre. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

Had a party here for my sons 5th birthday. Kids loved it. Can't say the staff were good by any means. Our people assigned to our room couldn't be found when the food had been served. Had to ask a receptionist for more tomato ketchup. The kids got bored after the cake come out and were gone before the cookies and ice cream came out. I checked I hadn't left anything in the room before I left. I then got a call to say they had one of our bags in the back as they had forgotten to give it back to us. I told them I would only be able to pick it up today as its over a 30 minute journey to get from ours. They said it was fine to pick up when i stated. I've got there today to pick up the bag and they have robbed items out of my bag. I am not bothered about the costing of the things they have taken but its the principle. I brought it up with the member of staff who didn't want to acknowledge the theft of my items. Won't be having another party here again.
