Had an appalling experience there today. A woman working there. Not seen her before so don't know if she is new. Followed me round the entire shop watching everything I did. Then watching everyone else in the shop like we were all going to Rob the joint. To make matters worse she belittled her staff in front of a whole shop of people. There is a lovely man who works on the till and she was awful to him. Not a good way to treat your staff/ voulenteers. won't be visiting again

I found it very expensive for a charity. You can buy brand new for what they charge. They should take note of the charity shop in Lancaster, everything is a pound and is always busy. I bet they have the better turn over for their charity.I have to say though the staff are lovely and friendly.

High Steet Robbery!I have always supported the Sally Army but no more!I saw a pair of blue jeans I liked in the shop and paid six pounds on my card.I then noticed, on rechecking the garment that it had a bad mark on one of the lower legs as I was about to put it in my bag.I brought this to the servers attention and requested to choose another pair. These other jeans too on a further look had even worse soiling. I therefore requested a refund which was refused.Might I suggest that before items are offered for sale, they are checked for quality and not just shoved on a rail and priced?Only offered a credit note, instead of a refund which was valid for one month from the initial purchase date is unfair and probably illegal?Unfair practice, un Christian and basically money grabbing!.Shameful.So I've a £6 credit note paid from out of my pension.Perhaps to purchase something I don't really want!
