It?s a good place, they don?t restock the shelves fast enough though but it?s a good place to shop. Can park is a little cramped for moving around and getting into spaces and now they?ve squeezed a Starbucks in the corner and now a McDonald?s is going on the entrance and reviews are not just the place but it?s the experience from start to finish and that includes getting into the place that is when a customers journey way starts not when they get to the door.

Our groceries are delivered direct from this store, of late more and more items are unavailable on a weekly basis.What's the point in requesting substitutes when nothing is sent to replace the items I ordered, meaning I have to travel to my local Asda store to buy what was missing from my grocery order in the first place, not good enough.

I don't know how this store stays open because they never have any food on the shelves! If you're planning on having chicken for tea avoid this store because they never have any! They seem to struggle really bad with stock in general. I don't know if it's stock issues, can't get the staff to put the stock out or just poorly managed! Some staff are super helpful and friendly and others can be the complete opposite.

Why is the petrol kiosk always shut. Not everyone wants to use the pay at pumps. This is happening a lot lately. Shut today sunday at 11.50am, Asda do something about this, we cant all afford to have money taken from our accounts for a few days.

Always grossly understaffed with not enough checkout staff. The staff on the self checkout are particularly rude and have little to no customer service skills. Avoid this store if you desire a swift and pleasant service. Management clearly do not value customers or they would allocate more staff to manned checkouts during busy periods.

Tried to top up Christmas savings cards and buy some new ones. A new card jammed the IT system on a self-service till and so I was told to try a different till. Same thing happened again, this time assistant disappeared for 5 minutes so I went to customer service. They found out it was a faulty card. I got a new one and while topping up another assistant came over with the intention of telling me off for jamming two tills then said security were worried I was money laundering. Not sure how that works when not paying with cash. Some staff need to remember who the customer is.

Shop floor assistants preffer to talk with friends they meet in shop than helping customers... tonight was my last shopping there. I had to left my shopping in cart cause nobody didnt come to unlock my "self scan till"

There doesn?t seem to be. Logical layout store plan . Fish and meat products aisles are at opposite ends of the of the store from ready meals . Aisles names are badly displayed making items difficult to find .

Went shopping for a Scoville air fryer that website said was in stock, but no such luck. Customer services staff thin on the ground so no help given. Disappointing as I wanted to view item before buying. So I've had to buy blind online.

Felt so embarrassed after raising my issue regarding the asda reward to the customer service lady! Was sent back to my car 3 times s to get items at her request despite having the receipt in front of her .The staff appear to have no training in the rewards issue and I feel upset in front if customers as the lady talked down to me I will never shop on store again.
