I went to Boots for snooker glasses.The staff we?re very efficient. The assistant who checked my eyes was very thorough. The assistant who did the measurements for fit explained everything.I hope they do help my snooker . I pick them up in two weeks.

Visited Boots opticians in Chorley on Saturday morning. Everything went well. Professional courteous very pleasant staff who put me at ease throughout the whole procedure . They were brilliant.

The appointment was on time, all the staff were absolutely lovely. Friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. The only improvement is the cost. I had to have an eye test with the additional test because my MS nurse was concerned about a potential problem with my eyes due to my medication. Although I could have waited for a NHS eye appointment she was concerned that I would have to wait too long. For this reason I was recommended to go to my usual optician. To have a bill of over £54 was unpleasant, especially as I am no longer able to work and have low income.

Excellent service today. The lady who did the initial eye test was lovely and Nasreen the optometrist was so professional and informative and talked me through all of the eye test results. An outstanding addition to the Chorley team. I would recommend them for all types of eye tests ??

Eye test ok, high pressure sales tactics not. constantly trying to push £40 glare, varifocals, costly frames and damage protection. felt the sales woman took advantage of my wife not having English as first language to get her buy expensive frame + various add ons. My wife decided on a cheaper frame and woman started a load of full on Glengarry Glen Ross sales bull about the ?frame not fitting face correctly? - fortunately I arrived in time to put a stop to it, and the sales woman rapidly turned miserable and curt as we chose cheaper options with no extras. definitely wouldn?t recommend for anyone and won?t be using again.
