Dreadful service. Arrived for a Flu Jab booked online. They knew nothing about it and the pharmacist looked rather annoyed about it as she went red in the face. To be fair they said it could be done but they would need to prepare. I asked the lady behind the counter how long it would take as I had a meeting, at which point the pharmacist interrupted and said "I told you we can do it, I am busy doing this!" I then commented that I was asking the lady the question, not her, which she took offence to. She was clearly unable to cope with this massive pressure of dealing with 2 jobs at once and looked like a volcano she was that red. Awful customer service and plain rude. I replied, "I tell you what, don't bother" to which she had the audacity to ask the other colleagues how rude I was. Never going again ever, avoid like the plague. I suggest a refresh on customer service, although it's probably too late for mount vesuvius.

Always give an excellent service as soon as you walk in the pharmacy they acknowledge you are waiting and say they will be with you shortly.Highly Recommended.
