Just like to say how great Ethan was from Chorley , I went to Bolton with a nail in my work van tyre who said they couldn?t do it till tomorrow so rang Chorley and spoke to Ethan who said bring it we will sort it for you so I took it and it was done in no time such a nice guy thank you

Absolute shambles. Called them 20 times last week to book my wife?s car in for a new tyre as it had a nail in it but they couldn?t be bothered to answer the phone once. Tried to book on line but after jumping through hoops for 10 mins and answering all sorts of ridiculous questions (sometimes the same question multiple times) they wanted me to buy a tyre to get an appointment. Called in at the first opportunity on Friday afternoon only to be told they couldn?t fit me in until the middle of the next week. Not really what you need to hear when you have a nail sticking out your tyre. Rang tyre pros from the car park and they sorted me out next day. Lesson learned?never bother wasting your time with Kwik Fit.

Average service on line, couldn?t help with a Kwik fit. Didn?t seem to want to help and get business?Tried to get a quick fit today but no attendance in reception and couldn?t wait for somebody to eventually show up. Employ a receptionist to take charge of the front office and report missing exit door handles. Come on team this is a vital health and safety issue?!

Booked van in for service week in advance, drop it off 8.30am on the arranged date, walked back home after cancelling my days work. the garage rung me at 9.30 saying they couldn't do the service as no mechanic available. Terrible experience I would bother with them, they need to either train more mechanics or have a plan in place. I lost a full day's work beacasue of this badly managed bussines. They did apologise but that does not pay the bills no offer of compensation either.
