One of the most terrible service I have ever experience from a bank. On more that 4 occasions.I am at a loss booked in to collected 20k 72hrs notice. turned up with my ID and bank card and pin number and this was still not enough to receive my money my driving licence was not sufficient because my address I have currently still own and rent out was different to my new address ( just moved 3 weeks agao). But my pin and bank card phone number to verify me was still not enoughThey said I have to come I to the branch again with my British passport (that has no home address I was there to verify that this would be acceptable Chris bank manager also informed me they cant even verify passports because there is no address registered on thereI am sorry but why is it acceptable passport that you can't verifyButYou can't accept Pin number government issue British driving licence with my date of birth and picture to confirm. Bank card th personal phone number you send verification text and call to if anything fraudulent is happening with my account regarding money transferBasically invest in a chip and pin verification like every other bank have in the UK you are so out dated. And what wrong with some constructive criticism to improve your service so other customer don't experience very poor service

If your wanting to open a savings account at this branch I wouldn't bother trying! I called and they said they don't book appointments so I would just have to turn up and I will be seen even if I have to wait a little while. I got my 10 week old son ready on this Saturday morning took him in and they took his details and asked for us to wait which we did. A lady then came over to us and told us she wouldn't be able to set up the account as they are to busy! I'm sorry but we are no different to any other customer who walks in and wants to be seen so why di they put other people behind us a priority! Such bad service and now I am reluctant to open a savings account for my son due to this bad service!

Used to work for Nationwide (Manchester's Cross street). Different feeling when you step inside one of their branches & trust me 'they are on your side & it shows!. No shareholders....no miselling!!!!....you be the judge.
