Jack and Lorraine were so friendly and helpful - first on the phone when I enquired and then when serving us in the store. It makes such a pleasant change to deal with human beings who genuinely want to help you out - all too often you get a blank look or maybe a grunt when making an enquiry in retail outlets nowadays. Great customer service and all with a smile. Thank you.
