My experience of dealing with Worthington Brougham was a masterclass in how to turn a negative into a positive. Having received a phonecall explaining that one of the drawer handles had broken in transit, I was given the choice of a full refund and cancellation of order or a £50 refund, delivered as seen, which I accepted. Delivery was superbly executed and a full set x 3 new handles had been included. I should also mention, its a beautiful quality addition to my home.

We came across the shop on a website and decided to take a trip over to see if they had the sofa we were interested in. When we arrived we were greeted by a lovely lady who helped us and advised us we purchased a g plan sofa . Great price good quality and easy delivery .Recommend highly ! Thank you Clive and Alistair.

Excellent service and product. The staff were very polite and communicated very well. Delivery was on time and the delivery people were very considerate of the property and made sure I was happy with the product before leaving. The product was exactly as advertised and arrived in perfect condition.

This was an amazing experience start to finish. Great choice of high quality furniture and a real ?nothing is too much trouble? attitude from the team. Including picking up our queries when the store was shut so we could buy with absolute confidence. We bought one day and the suite was delivered by 11am the following day - again the delivery guys were incredibly friendly and helpful. Plus the sofa and chair are amazing quality and super comfy.
