A completely untrustworthy company that have dragged us along and is no longer responding to us. Despite still taking our payments. I?m now considering legal action.We purchased a sofa and a footstool from them. The sofa - no issues. The footstool was delivered damaged on the 9th November 2021. The delivery driver took a picture and assured us a new one would be sent to us.On the 18th November 2021 we emailed customer services with the picture as we had had no feedback.By the 8th February 2022 we were finally delivered a replacement. On arrival, it was damaged. The delivery driver took a picture and said a replacement or refund will be organised. We trusted them and left them to it.By August 2022 we were really frustrated, we have busy lives with extremely busy jobs that inclues working away a lot, couple with two young children we had tried to be patient but by now were tired of waiting. We contacted customer services with the evidence of the damage, which was in a similar place to the original footstool. Our view is there must be a fault in this design!It wasn?t until we followed up again in January 2023 to explain how terrible this service was that we got a response back to explain it had been passed to the branch manager.The branch manager tried to call a few days later and my partner was working away and wasn?t able to get back to them.I?ve since decided to start following this up in May with calls and emails, assuring this would be picked up. After speaking with the branch manager last friday she initially refused to do anything about this and then changed her mind and said she would follow up with her management as a 'gesture' - this left me gobsmacked, why it's a gesture to resolve over 18 months of despicable service and behaviour. I was due a call back on Tuesday (23rd May) this week and nothing, they?ve gone completely quiet again. I?m tired of this, and this shoddy furniture and service they have provided. It?s an untrustworthy company and should be avoided at all costs.

I was spoiled for choice. It was great that I was allowed to browse freely without being 'pounced on' as soon as I walked through the door. However, there was a salesperson on hand if/when needed. The lady who served me was very knowledgeable about the suite I was buying. She was also friendly, polite, and professional. Thank you, Faz, and DFS. I'm looking forward to receiving my new furniture. ??

In a word brilliant. We dealt with Faz on both our visits. She was a warm, friendly person full on knowledge and advice. My advice, of you go in, ask for Faz.

Shocking diabolical service 3 mangers one regional too still my sofa is 5 wks late with missing arms after paying £2000 for it upfront it's disgusting I've lost 5 days pay with the missed delivery dates over 8 hours of wasted time on phone calls the stress of it is worse I've had to visit the stores in person because no one rings back and still nit even the manger knows where my sofa is

Some very nice as settees there but there is not a lot of settee sets there and also there is only 4 Beds in the full shop to look at which are very dear and only do top of the range Silentnight mattresses

The customer sales team were brilliant to start with and quick to sell but everything about the sofa we bought has been nothing but a problem.Bought a kakamos sofa six years ago. From day one had problems with it. Had to have new leather and new feet on it. This was after delivery guys wrecked my carpet and had to have all cleaned right on top of Xmas. Called out to it so many times. Always had a gap at the back of cushions which was told was normal. Sons foot got stuck hardly normal. Straps to hold cushions on snapped and when compared in store ones they all had insulation tape holding them together so obviously a design fault.Guy came out and stitched on two make shift straps which look a mess. Adjustable head rests all don?t hold in three positions and now the weld on the sofa bed has given way and snapped. When bought sofa was told guaranteed for ten years. Then told leather is two years guarantee and framework mechanics is ten years. Now being told the sofa bed was not under guarantee for more than two years. Apparently only piece that is guaranteed is the wood which bar the arms there isn?t any. A complete conn.

The customer service at this store is disgusting they are not truthful with a couldn't care less attitude slovenly dressed .An item ordered in stock ex showroom model ordered 5th November for " immediate" delivery still hadn't arrived by Christmas as promised then when chasing it up told countless lies about what had happened. Order was cancelled and told I would have to wait 7 days to get my money back ridiculous when I paid on my card it could have been easily put back on my card . The store was lucky to get one star and that was because they actually managed to open ... But not on time ..just shows what an attitude the manager has at the store which trickles down to the other minions " working" there . They didn't know their own opening times on new year Eve 9am advertised in the store eventually the manager arrives at 09.10 and store doors open at 09.50 and the line was " oh we thought it was 10am opening hours " ... For goodness sake you people put up the poster in the window with times on .

Ordered a corner sofa early November, was told it was a returned product and that I would recieve it before Christmas. I had to keep ringing DFS to get a delivery date (the online tracker is no use). The sofa was meant to have new feet and the fabric protection. It was delivered today (23/12), the delivery driver said it was in poor condition (not from transit but from storage) so said I could inspect it in the back of the lorry. He was correct, the protective cover was ripped so the sofa was dirty, some feet were missing and some feet were hanging off. It had obviously not had the fabric protection applied or better quality feet installed. Terrible experience.

Horrible woman pressured us into paying a deposit for a sofa credit didn?t go through expected to get deposit back but she refused thankfully one employee was nice and refunded me the deposit never going back again.

DFS said complete order was ready and would be delivered on 23rd Oct so we paid in full and duly arranged for our old furniture to be sold and removed in readiness. After having paid and also sold/cleared the room of furniture we then received a call 21st Oct to say the order was actually not complete (only 3 parts of a 4 part sofa have been built). We ordered a corner sofa and the corner part is missing and has not been built. DFS were unable to confirm when the remaining piece would be available and we now have no living room furniture. I came to store personally on 24th to try to sort out. Wasted 2 hours of my day inc. travel time. Colne Store Manager was unable to confirm date for remaining piece but promised to chase and to call back the next day. No call was received. She also offered us £150 goodwill gesture and confirmation of this by email. No email confirmation or amount has been received. We then received another call from the warehouse to say 3 items would be delivered 26th and we received a text to confirm the same. My wife therefore waited home all day on 26th but the delivery did not come. Rang DFS. Was promised someone from store would call me back. Still no call back from the store. Delivery is now rescheduled for 28th but for only three parts of a four part sofa. The corner part is still missing and the current estimate for the remaining part I'm now told by the call centre is 12th Dec! So we will now have an incomplete sofa to enjoy for the next 6 weeks. Total cost for this excellent service, nearly FOUR THOUSAND POUNDS. Sent a written complaint but have had no response or acknowledgement whatsoever from DFS. Terrible service. Very frustrating and has caused a great degree of unecessary upset and lost time. We are so, so disappointed. I have waited a few days before writing this review to give them time to resolve as I believe in giving people the chance to put things right. They have made no effort to help, are difficult to contact and do not do what they promise. One star for DFS. Appauling.

Didn't have the dinning table & chairs that we wanted on display but was able to order them for us, so as any problems they would sort them out for us

Customer service is poorly especially coming from one foreign woman not sure which countries she from definitely need to speak probably. Other wise the other staff are polite. The sofas are not good quality after few years they break not going back here ever again.
