Disgraceful customer serviceThis chemist often is out of stock of my important medication. On two occasions when going on holiday I ordered it early. The first occasion she said we owe you some - they had given me 2 out of 28. Had to take my prescription to Market St Chemist- they always have plenty. The next occasion they had none but promised to deliver later that day. I was foolish enough to believe them. They did not let me know!!! Eventually phoned them but they tried to blame suppliers or other staff who had been dealing with it. Had to fly abroad without medication!!!Customer service is appalling- lots of people very busy - nobody taking responsibility. I will not use this Chemist in future in my experience they cannot be relied on to put your needs first.

I ore-order my prescriptions online a few days before I need them and never have a problem at the pharmacy when I collect. In fact, the lovely young women behind the counter usually spots me arrive and often has my items ready, bagged up in her hand before I even give my name.Considering how busy they can often get with customers I[m always surprised they can remember my name.A Great service indeed.

I always have to wait a really long time to get served it?s the busiest chemist in darwen.Service is hit and miss, last time I ordered a prescription they forgot about it and had me going up and down stairs between the drs desk and pharmacy while they figured out who?s fault it was. Turned out it was Cohen?s chemist?s fault
