They used to be very good, now I'm lucky to get the medication on time and they don't deliver the items for days, don't bother ringing either, they don't answer. Lost or misplaced prescriptions are becoming regular these days. Very disappointing.

Just started using this pharmacy my my prescriptions amazing staff very helpful .even showed me how to register and save money on all my repeat prescriptions .you are amazing staff and should be very proud of your work

Been in every month for five months and never been able to complete my prescription. On the occasion I thought they had managed to sort me out I then found out when I got home there was an item missing which they didn?t have when I went back . I was also kept waiting for quite a while when I went to collect my prescription. Anyone reading this review might think I have an axe to grind which is completely the opposite as this is the first time I have ever left a review in my 60 years, could say a lot more but think that?s enough.

If I could give 0 stars I would, booked covid vaccine for me and 2 other family members, was told when we got there the person who gives them is not there. They Didn't cancel our appointments or tell us, we drove all the way there just for them to say sorry no. When I tried to book another appointment online I couldn't because they hadn't cancelled our others. Went back in and was told to ring 119 because they couldn't do it. Sorry excuse for a pharmacy.

After contacting the pharmacy twice advised that my elderly father could have a covid vaccination on a Tuesday no appointment needed.My disabled sister took our father at approximately 2pm to be turned away very disappointed it was a great effort for to attend.

Just transferred to here on a recommendation. Very disappointed. Arrived a 10.30 and extremely busy with all seats taken. Obviously covid jabs being given. Waited in queue after a man gave us a dirty look for trying to get out of his way. Didn?t get to the counter to ask for prescription as the receptionist was busy taking details for a person having a covid jab. I appreciate it was busy but surely it makes sense to have someone dealing with covid jabs and someone dealing with prescriptions. Not very happy. Still not got my prescriptions as we walked out

I had an appointment booked for a covid vaccination at 10-25 on Monday 2nd of October, on arrival the place was simply crammed with people waiting for vaccinations, I could not even get to the registration point, this is quite simply dangerous, to cramm so many people in such a small space is nothing less than wreckless, needless to say I left. I am aware that pharmacies eleviate pressure on the NHS by providing these services (and charging the NHS for them) but this was quite simply an excersise in greed. I have used Everest in the past but after today I will not be visiting again.

Not the best service for me sadly. Repeatedly gave part prescriptions, but charged full price so I was stuck waiting despite the fact other pharmacies could have fulfilled. At one point I was told to ask my GP for another prescription to go elsewhere (and pay again) meanwhile! Staff need to be more customer focused?.. sound monotone and disinterested ?

Don?t bother with these, if a prescription is ordered and sent to them, it?s then not ready until the next day after midday. Even worse, I was told it would be ready at 12.30 so I goes up to collect it to be told they don?t have any in stock. Why couldn?t they tell me this on the phone.

Terrible. Booked a appointment for covid jab, turned up the waiting room was full they notified me they were also taking walkins. There was also so.eone waiting to be tested coughing. Why would you mix vulnerable people with people that may have it. Very unorganised. Very dissapointed.
