Refuse to sell or deliver a joists on the day of the lock down had a customer (A key worker nurse )bathroom floor joists collapse due to rotUnable to use shower and had no bath or washing facilitiesI asked if they would deliver outside branch with no contact and they refused . I was offered a four weeks delivery slot .Not use is since and B@Q did the same .
