Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Ramp access and disabled friendly. Prescriptions can be ordered and delivered to your home which is very helpful. Not too long a wait to be served and there us a seating area to wait for items

Today is the first time ive been in chemist to pick up prescriptions and they were all ready. I ordered them 5/7 days ago as advised in note last time and brill all done. Pleasant server and great not to have to sit and wait halfhour or more on day off. Hopefully this method will continue forward. Thankyou.

Came in for my prescription and was served by a lady who made sure I was given the attention to provide my medication and also checked to see and advise if I was due any other appointments which I was due my blood pressure test, great customer satisfaction for making sure I hadn't missed any checks that were due to me and made me sure I left knowing I was not just a number but showing concern for my future health.Thank you annette

Waited 55.minites other customers came and went heard the lady on the desk tell her friend she would rush her through so they he didn't have to wait was done in 5 minutes absolutely disgusting service and rude counter lady

They dont deserve one star, i have phoned 42 times and counting to get through, the phone just hangs up, its been like this for months now, on the 54th attempt i got through and told them how many times i have tryed to get through and she shrugged it of and said how can i help you , the service is nothing but disgusting

Why do use have phones when you never answer them!! You can ring 30 times and they completely ignore that phone or it isn't plugged in, this chemistry is the worst

When they do eventually answer the phone and you request medications for delivery. It really depends on who answers whether they arrive or not. Then you end up panicking because you have no medications and you have to spend days trying to get through again for someone to answer. Absolute shocking and to think they we?re recommended for good service is a joke. Unfortunately no better service locally so stuck with poor service for contact and home delivery which is not good. On a plus when you do get a delivery the driver is really nice and helpful

I was supposed to have my CD script delivered yesterday like every week but here I am the next day still waiting and in withdrawal and immense pain. I called them over 140 times friday and half the time it was engaged and the rest of the timet it rang through to being hung up on. I'm a disabled person, this is not fair, your torturing me!!!
