If you can get an appointment when you ring at 8am. Only time you'll get an emergency appointment, the doctors and nurses are lovely. Only time you seem to be able to get an appointment with a doctor is, if the doctor has asked you to make another appointment. Apart from that, a good practice

"The staff at the surgery, including the receptionists, nurses, and the newly arrived pharmacist, consistently demonstrate a high level of professionalism. Among the doctors, Dr. Azis and Dr. Smyth have consistently provided excellent care. In particular, Dr. Alabi, who recently joined the team, deserves special recognition. Dr. Alabi excels in communication, offering clear explanations, thoroughness, and informative guidance. His empathetic approach to patient care is commendable, and I cannot praise his dedication and helpfulness enough."

How this place is still open and calling it self a doctors surgery is amazing!! My daughter has been needing an operation for a while now ( non urgent yet ) which needs to arranged via the dr through referral. This was all fine and going well before covid. Since the pandemic however any attempt at an appointment is impossible they no longer offer routine appointments and only offer same day emergency appointments if you are lucky enough to actually get through at 8am !! Which over the past year after finally getting through at 8:20 I was told there are no longer any appointments and to try again tomorrow!!!!! They are dangerously failing at their duty of care and should no longer be operating as a surgery !!!!

I felt the need to let the public now. How this practice goes about treating their patients.I had a appointment at 9am in the surgery, I was told by the receptionist that Doctor Kauser was running late because of a accident on the motorway, which I said no problem I will wait and at 9.50am I was seen by that doctor.Doctor Kauser instructed me to see her at 9am a week later. Having booked a appointment and on turning up 8.55am I was yet again waiting in surgery at 9.15am asked the receptionist if Doctor Kauser had turned in yet. Was told np haven't signed in. Receptionist told me that the doctor would call me instead of seeing me because she wasn't at work yet, I was so angered by this I went home. 2 hours later I called surgery and was told that doctor was with patients. As I was the 1st appointment of the day I can understand why I wasn't called immediately? When I rung to complain and asked to speak the practice manager.I was put through to the receptionist who lied and said she was the manager? Then doctor kauser called me with a stinking attitude. When I asked why she had messed me around 2 weeks in a row, I was harshly told she lives in Birmingham. Of which I said I don't care if you have a appointment leave earlier to get to work in time i was told. Don't ever question her because she is a doctor.?????So a doctor has a duty of care to their patients.Yet doesn't have a duty of care even to be in at work on timeLet alone stick to appointment time's..Receptionist lie and tell you they are manager's. Doctors think they can do what they want?Disgraceful

Don't take mental health seriously, They don't see it as an emergency, And Refuse me to see a doctor, Every week or day I ring up there is always a doctor off sick and only emergency appointments available, Which then they don't see mental health important or an emergency.

Not only are the reception staff extremely disrespectful and unprofessional, they don?t state or explain what their ?emergency appointments? or what their ?guidelines? are and completely bend around the REAL government guidelines. It takes you to say you?re on the verge of taking your own life to actually even get an appointment and even then its just a phone call, and with that, the staff still aren?t helpful and don?t listen to whatever you have to say. They cut and bend around their own rules, and that isn?t even getting into the excuses they throw out. I?ve been calling for an appointment for the past 2 weeks, every. Single. Day. And there?s always only one doctor available because the other one is ?sick? every single day. Their excuses never end and the level of disrespect and negligence they treat you with is disgusting. I do not recommend joining this surgery unless you want to be completely disregarded as a human being and treated with complete ignorance.

It's common practice , if you are unable to work through sickness to obtain a fit note from you're GP ,.I call the surgery to be told by the receptionist I can not see a doctor for this reason as they don't provide fit notes , I couldn't believe what I was hearing , I'm so glad all calls are recorded as I was blatantly lied to
