I have a parcel which was brought to this post office. I am disabled and have had to struggle to walk to this post office which is totally out of my way too. I checked online the opening times and it stated it was open. However, when I eventually got here with my son to help me walk it was closed. It is 11.00am. It states it is open until 12.00pm but as I said it is closed. Now I have to wait until someone can help me get here again. I even tried a redelivery to my house it stated it would be here last Friday, but it didn't turn up.

At the age of 38 I?ve never sent a parcel before!! Ever!!! But I sent a package today for my niece in uniI was greeted with smiles and they couldn?t be more helpful I wasn?t made too feel silly for not knowing what I was doing and I had real sense of Fleetwood community spirit THANKYOU X

The staff are very friendly and helpful and they actually seem to know what they're doing which unfortunately is not the case in some other places that I've been to. Hence, why I'll travel the extra distance to use this PO.

The couple that run this post office are awesome. They are always warm and friendly and are very accommodating for business sellers you can just drop them with them and collect the receipts the next time your in, if your in a rush. Best Post office out of the 3 in Fleetwood.
