I never write reviews but feel a massive need to in this case. I shop regularly with The body shop, however this is my second visit to this store in the last few weeks and both times have been a massive let down. Staff are all very young and have no clue what they are doing, store and testers were a mess, and after 30 minuets of looking and non of the staff approaching me, I asked one for help myself, for an item that i couldn't find, she made no effort to help and carried on with her conversation about another member of the team to the other girl. I have to say massive let down and i will be containing with my The body shop purchases at the Blackpool store, with their friendly and helpful staff, plus the outlet i found was only 5% cheaper then high street. WASTE OF TIME, wish i could give no stars

I was disappointed by this store on 24 July 19. Clearly looking for something - the two staff just stood behind their till and looked at me. I walked out shortly afterwards. Sorry, but I won't be visiting again.
