Fantastic range of paint, excellent coverage, beautiful finish and absolutely zero smell. Have been using their paints for years and although i now live in France, i still will only buy this paint. Highly recommend.

This is an honest and fair review. Their paints are good but their website is rubbish, it consistently mal functions and leads to either the wrong house name or wrong post code leading to the deliveries being sent to the wrong place. They need to sort out how their website works because I?ve heard multiple people having issues with their website.

Great paint and fast delivery but if you?re a woman, you may not be able to open the tester pots. No woman I have asked was able to. Flagged this up but apparently, few have reported this. I?ve wasted a fair amount of money because there was no man nearby. Those pots are disability unfriendly. That, and the cost, are my only issues.

Superb paints. They have excellent coverage, are easy to go on, and are better for the world than most. Tip top service from this small company too. I can wholeheartedly recommend from years of usage.

I'd give this company a million stars out of 5. I'm severely allergic to VOCs and allergic or sensitive to dozens of other chemicals, but this company and their service and products have been absolutely outstanding on every count. I am using them repeatedly already for different jobs and would never consider going elsewhere, they're so good.

Decided to purchase this paint as we wanted to repaint our flat before the birth of our baby and didn?t want the toxic smell. We bought a few tins over the course of a month or two.We loved the colours and the fact there really is no smell at all. However, once we?d completed the walls painted in ?Becky?s room? green the walls marked really easily, and even the slight touch to the wall would leave a discolouration. Therefore looking like it needed redoing after only a week!! The walls we painted in the cream shades are much better.Comparing that to the farrow and ball or even Delux paint we?ve used in the past it was a remarkable difference as it really did show every imperfection. It?s almost as though it had a chalky finish which reacted with any moisture and then left it a different shade. After spending quite a bit on the paint and using it all (as we did 3 coats to cover a very light grey wall), we contacted Lakeland to mention our slight disappointment in the quality. The customer service was absolutely appalling. I would have bought with them again if they?d handled this situation better but the rudeness and the blame really shocked me. I?m not the type of person to complain (I find it really embarrassing) but even months later I still get really upset by how I was spoken too.The man I spoke to (the manager) absolutely refused it was a paint issue, and that I must have had greasy hands, rubbed newspaper or pen on the walls. I?m not that silly to do any of the above things. Also he made the point that just because no one has complained of this before then I must be wrong. I found that this completely undermined me just because it wasn?t what he wanted to hear. All of which could have been rectified with a small sample pot of paint being sent to correct the issues we?d found, which I feel any other company would have done - especially with the amount of money we?d spent. We?re now considering a new brand of paint to re do the walls we spent days off doing while I was pregnant.I?m sure they?re a great company if you don?t have issues but you only have to read the other negative reviews to see they can?t handle criticism, albeit constructive. Everyone knows good customer service is really important. Spend your money elsewhere in my opinion.

The paints are gorgeous and don't smell. The service is amazing and everyone is super helpful. Will never use any other brand of paint ever again.

I am so impressed with the quality and service that Lakeland paints provides. I wanted a custom colour and they were able to sort this out for me quickly. I received my order the next day. Everyone I contacted and spoke to was friendly and helpful. A big thank you to Ian, Richard and Adrian. I will definitely be ordering from you again.

I was looking for a low or no VOC paint for my fire surround . So chose Lakeland . I was not disappointed. I wanted a bold and strong colour and chose Crimson. Richard from the company was really helpful advising regarding thinning the paint for a mist coat on new plaster. It worked perfectly and the fire surround looks amazing. Thanks Guys. Simon.

Love this paint it gives such a luxurious finish. I went with this paint as I really cannot stand normal paint. It makes me ill for ages after using it on the walls. Lakeland is even better than I expected. It really has no nasty chemical smell, covers beautifully and all my friends and family now want the paint too. We were running low and called at 1pm amd got a delivery at 8am the next day. The customer service is amazing and I'm thoroughly pleased with my experience. Thank you to Lakeland. If anyone is dubious due to bad reactions to normal paint, give this a go. I was concerned, but it really hasn't made me feel bad at all. Very happy!!

This paint is amazing and the only one I have found which has no smell at all. (Some of the supposed green paints smell really strong and cause me to have nausea and headaches). I have only used it in white and it covers amazingly. I will never use anything else and cannot recommend it highly enough. Delivery is next day and the paint tins arrive very well sealed and packaged. Keep up the great work Lakeland and thank you very much for your outstanding products and service.

We bought the white floor paint 2 litres for £80 and decided to return this unopened due to surface not being suitable. The Lakeland website terms and conditions state Yes you can return products within 14 days but only once you contact them. Customer service awful added more notes to terms and conditions stating all products are non returnable as they are custom made!! I could understand this claim if we had a colour mixed but we didn?t we ordered white. Terrible service.

I was originally sceptical as to whether it was worth paying so much for paint, but being pregnant, I didn't want to risk breathing in loads of fumes, so we took the plunge and ordered some Lakeland paint. We've been really impressed with what we've used so far (a satin gloss and a wood primer) - no fumes and really good coverage. I don't think I would go back to using a cheaper brand now - in my case it's definitely been worth paying more. Good customer service too.
