The place is a bit of a dive and some of the guys that work behind the counter are always eating food and slouched in the chair and give the impression they couldnt be bothered and wish they were at home and they are not shy in letting their thoughts be known. The older guy is very obnoxious and it beggers belief as to how he manages to hold a Job up. Try Willian hill in the sq, much better enviroment.

Lets hope the shutdown closes this shop once and for all. There is only a couple of ladies that are ok and the odd chappy but the rest of them are total wasters and should be sweeping the streets. Needs a professional company to take the shop over and put some proper staff in there.

Really helpful staff as I did not have a clue what I was doing! Was not an issue for him to explain everything in laymans terms but without being patronising!! The premises are quite small but enough. It was notably warm, although it needed to be as it was very cold outside. Open till 9PM most nights I think. To be honest, the guy that was working this particular night was what gave this a 5 star rating. Keep up the good work because I would definitely go back if I felt the urge again!!

No wins again. I don't know how punter's are putting up with the slots. Very poor returns. For what you put in.
