Staff not wearing gloves & touching food. Hands might have been cleaned but this is a FOOD place, all staff should have dispensable plastic food gloves.

A long wait and a cold burger. It was the worst BK meal I've ever eaten. There were only 3 people working (that I could see) so they didn't have enough staff.

Do not bother to go to this Burger King burgers come out cold kids cheeseburger came with sauce when we requested it plain staff were pleasant but slow verging on incompetent. Best thing about it was watching the vehicles go along motorway. Tables were dirty bins were full to overflowing not a good experience

I have no idea how this place is allowed to trade as it is the dirtiest fast food restaurant iv ever been in. Bing's overflowing, sticky floors, tables were greasy and horrible. Food to ages to prepare, drinks were flat and food was cold. Staff were so unhelpful and didn't even look at me just flung the food down shouted the order number and turned his back. I asked twice for a cup holder with no response so I had to lean over the counter to get one myself. Food hygiene certificate should be revoked for the state of the place and the staff clearly have no customer service experience. Will never eat in another burger king again. Was also ridiculously overpriced.

Took a comfort break after leaving Lancaster.Upon arriving at the service station, we took the stairs up to Burger King, it was dead quiet.Ordered three meals using the self ordering machine. Whooper, two chicken royale meals, one with bacon and cheese.Decided to add a share box, excited to try out the chilli cheese bites and the Dorito chicken fries.Services took 10 minutes.Food was mediocre, drinks had more ice than drink. My burger bun was cold, cheese was not melted. Only thing I enjoyed was the cheesy melts, just deep fried snacks.Seemed so dated and dead in there.

Stopped to take a brake,food usual tasty stuff from burger King staff rude, miserable music blasting out even that was miserable, come on guys n girls smile while serving,Place is run down needs closing and a revamp and a good clean

Pretty shocking really, took 15 minutes for them to make my order. They were busy but there was absolutely NO sense of urgency, and one guy was just standing staring at the order screen (potentially having some kind of existential crisis) for a while.When I did eventually get my burger, it only had one patty on it... I ordered a bacon double.Only reason they get 2 starts is because the chips were decent, and coke is coke.DO NOT RECOMMEND... go maccies instead ?

Dirty FOH 3 on counter empty at 9.15 pm apart from two tables, why was no one clearing and wiping tables, emptying bins etc
