“For the past year I have had a broken rear camera on my iPhone 13 pro which was completely shattered and I was put off with the high expense to have this repaired. I popped in to The Fonez who were friendly, professional and happy to help replace the camera for me at a very great price with Apple genuine parts. I had it fixed the following week in less than an hour which was fantastic. I am over the moon with the quality of this camera fix and the camera is now back to full working condition. The quality of the parts and the fix are great, and a screen protector was also put on my phone at no extra cost so the whole phone is like new again. I also bought a great quality laptop case from them which I love! Overall, I would definitely recommend this phone shop for all of your electrical device repairs and accessories.”

“1st time here. Annabel the assistant was extremely helpful, friendly, polite and patient, I'm not tech savvy at all but she was informative without being patronising. She went above and beyond to help get what I needed within my budget. She explained everything at every step and found me the best deal. I'd bought a brand new phone she then helped me set it up and sync everything over. The girl needs a either a rise in wage or a promotion for her dedication.Update: I did the above on a Friday. Needed to ring bank urgently but wasn't able to ring out and my WiFi wouldn't work either. Visited shop on Monday agent said as I was in between the process of switching and because of weekend I wouldn't start on EE yet! So it's now Tuesday and still can only do emergency calls. Not happy”
