The food is standard Gregg's but it was that busy it had huge queues. Which you would think they would be better setup for.

Consistently delicious! This service station isn't the nicest looking, but who cares it's got a Greggs. They run out of stock pretty quickly and it's a small-ish shop, but for their most popular items, they seem to keep a good reserve. Plenty of sausage rolls and that is all I need from them ;)

Staff were unbelievably rude in the store. Young boy had a horrible attitude. Walked out leaving my stuff on the counter. No need to behave like that towards customers. I?ll take my custom elsewhere. ?

Stopped at services, luckily I've never been to Greggs as a friend used to work for them, so walked straight past and went to Costa had a lovely coffee, then a quick wizz and I was back on the road.
