Awful communication, took 3 weeks for a part for a 'half hour job' they then didn't fix and left my car without the ability to clear my windscreen so it's illegal to drive. I've never had an issue with this garage but I definitely won't be returning.

Allowed my wife and child to leave the garage with a flat tyre that we had paid to have replaced and was in the garage ready to be put on. Manager left early that day meaning old, flat tyre was put back on. Also advised that we needed £450 worth of brake work quite soon that another more trustworthy mechanic told us was absolutely untrue after looking at them. Attitude of staff was appalling throughout, didn't look up from their phone, rude and unapologetic. Shockingly run business that are willing to endanger their customers.

Helped me out where i needed 2 performance tyres so could drive home at 350 miles distance, which arrived earlier than stated on the same day, only took about 4 hours, so i could get on our way earlier than i thought (the tyres needed are not usually stocked by anyone including the manufacturer) overall saved the day in a great friendly, helpful but professional wayI will always be grateful! Thank you

Ordered tyres on the app,took car in,they fitted them. No problems,even wheel balance was spot on. Very important! Oh yes,they used torque wrench on my wheelnuts! Not the airgun,great bonus point there.( This added 2 weeks later...)Also,the wheel balance is spot on,not always the case with some fitters!

What a dismal experience. i ordered a set of Continental Winter Contact Plus Winter tyres for my car. I came in on Saturday 14th October to have them fitted and paid 900.-. I even had a chat with two members of staff to say how good these tyres are. On the way home I noticed that there was no noticeable change in grip which I thought unusual. This is normally quite evident after a change to winter tyres. I checked and the tyres fitted were Continental all season so no winter tyres. I returned to the dealership where the error was acknowledged and I was promised a call on monday. No phone call came on Monday or Tuesday so on Tuesday evening I went along to be told that the case was now with management and that they would call me on Wednesday. No call on Wednesday either so went back asking for an update - nothing. Nor on Thursday or Friday or the week after. I will now sell these brand new all season tyres on ebay and buy another lot of winter contact for 950.-.The old summer tyres they took off I have now had taken elsewhere for inspection only to be told they are unsafe so threw them away. I would have expected to be told just that when they were taken off.Very unprofessional establishment - avoid.

I arrived for my appointment at Caton Road National tyres, they completed the puncture repair and brake check. I was asked to come to the reception desk by Adam and I was told my calliper was seized and would need a new one along with new discs and pads. I questioned the price which was £428 He was insistent that the work needed doing. So I booked it in,I went away and felt I needed a second opinion having had discs and pads fitted at my last service so I cancelled the scheduled work for the day after, I then booked it in at a local garage, incurring more cost and inconvenience around a busy work schedule. He stripped the brakes and found no fault with them and confirmed that none of the parts needed replacing. He just cleaned off part build-up of brake dust.The Technician Adam had clearly quoted for work that does not need doing, Having used national to maintain two family vehicles for a number of years I will not be returning. This matter was raised via @mail several weeks ago with head office who have failed to investigate or get back to me when I chased them up on it.National tyres shame on you....

What is it with the staff here? Why are they all so ignorant and rude, ask a question and have to wait till they finish texting to be answered. Then get one word answers from them, clearly they hate their jobs... I do see some good reviews though but this is not the way to treat people.Update... just found this review that suggests the staff here really do use their phones far to much and cause customers inconvenience.... patern here in the span of more than a year!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!Rated 1 out of 5 stars12 Mar 2022VerifiedVery bad experienceVery bad experience. Went for oil change. Noticed bonnet open warning on the dashboard after a couple of minutes. Found the mechanic had left his mobile phone under the bonnet. Warning kept on coming after removing the mobile. Spoke with the garage and they agreed to take a look. So went back. The person thanked me for returning the mobile and said if the warning is observed once again do come back. The warning came back as soon as i returned towards home. Went back to the garage immediately. The person said we are extremely busy, so call us tomorrow and we take a look. A few minutes ago the same person was courteous and appreciative of me returning his mobile phone and now he didn't have 5 minutes to look at my problem, which is very likely to have been caused by his action of leaving the mobile phone.Pathetic customer service. Had to go back to have my wheels aligned properly the second time round. No paperwork produces as to what adjustments were made. This issue however was swiftly resolved soon thereafter and quite happy to return for future work on my car.

My tyres I ordered and paid for weren't in stock. But problem was rectified and stayed late to fit my tyres. Can't fault the customer service and the guy on the main reception desk went above and beyond to sort out my tyres.
