I used to hate going here years ago. Always massive queues because they used to take about 10 minutes to find your parcel... rooting through various boxes only to eventually find it sitting on some random shelf somewhere. Totally disorganised. Then the staff were mostly quite rude and grumpy.Fast forward to present day and the place is well organised, always staffed by friendly, helpful staff and I'm usually in and out in a couple of minutes.My only gripe is the lack of parking but I guess there's not much Royal Mail can do about that. It's in the middle of town and they need their parking for their operational vehicles. It's all double yellows round there so you take your chance and hope there's no wardens about. I usually combine a visit with a trip to Sainsburys, which is only 5-10 minutes walk away and you get free parking when you're doing your grocery shopping.

I have all my post going to wrong addresses. I only can presume that mender of staff at dispatch can't read priperly. I've emailed numerous times with complaints to no result. I went in person to complain and even was assured that there is a special note on my address not to redirect. Yet its over two months now I can't order anything on line as everything gets redirected to another address even though I've never had redirection set up. No wonder this branch has such a low review.Very poor service, what can I say.

Never bloody there!! Went twice (within their opening hours) to post something, and nobody was around. Tried to shout and get someone?s attention, all to no success. Only go here if you absolutely have to, otherwise stick to the Post Office in WHSmith?s!

The worst delivery service. I have caught the delivery man so many times just leaving the no answer note without knocking the door. I have complained so many times about this issue and it still happens. It is extremely frustrating especially when you stay at home to wait for your parcel and this happens.

Parcel was supposed to be delivered by 7.30 pm on Wed 29th May but they didn't inform me that they couldn't until after 6pm. Then I couldn't contact anyone to find out why and whether they would try again tomorrow or I could go and pick it up. NOT HAPPY.

They pretty much never answer the phone from what I can work out, no matter what time of day you call if you try to rearrange delivery. They requested that I send them a letter to explain where the 'safe place' at my house was to avoid this problem. They then explained that they had lost my letter. And the replacement copy I sent. Worrying!
