Absolutely awful customer service.I got one of their mobile broadbands which comes with a 14 day return guarantee for whatever reason.I was not satisfied with the 5G coverage in my area and so I returned it before the 14 days ran out.Somehow they charged me £35 after 1 month since I forgot to cancel my Direct Debit and after multiple times contacting them and visiting the store to confirm the full refund they only return £22.Never experienced this awful service and a world renowned company that cheats clients.I repeatedly confirmed with the billings department that £35 would be sent back.Furthermore, its basically impossible to get in touch with them via email or anyhow.Absolutely would not recommend it, you can pay a bit more with another company and get 20 times the service and trust.

I used to deal with a girl in there, think she was a student. She was great. Now try to go to James. He's brilliant. He knows me by name, is always helpful and very knowledgeable. Some of the others I've not had such a good experience with. He takes time to make sure you get it, he's friendly, and I look forward to seeing him in the shop.

Staff are friendly but sadly after a series of errors, poor knowledge and decisions by numerous staff members we had no choice but to make a formal complaint.We would be reluctant to seek further advice from the Lancaster branch and would travel further afield or even consider changing networks in the future.
