I've spent the last month trying to sort out my prescription with pharmacy4u, waste of time using them kept saying to proceed to next step then going back to the beginning, called the Moss Side reception and spoke to Mia who sorted out my pharmacy preference within minutes and confirmed i'll be able to pick up my medication in a couple of days. Absolutely amazing service. Can't thank her enough. Honestly had a wee cry of happiness when I hung up.

Very poor service! Starting with hardly pick up a phone! After then send us for different doctors! last time I was there I told a doctor i have lots pain in my bones mostly in my left knee! She send me to x-ray with my right knee! All the time this phone appointment! Call me Monday just let me know I had phone appointment Friday ! They has no 5 minutes to call ! This is just crazy even we pay for higher NI insurance!

I have once again spent approx 3 hours attempting to speak to a Receptionist, today I have made 72 calls and still no answer, this surgery is absolutely shocking.
