Got a new key cut for my son for school, however after having problems with the key due to an old lock (barrel turned wrong, also did it with a key cut from another cutters), I decided to replace my front door assembly (same day) got 3 new original Yale keys. I took the keys with me to Morrison's Timpsons explained what I had to do to the lock, the lady was more than happy to replace the key free of charge. Very happy.

I went to Timpsons inside Morrisons today for a Mother's Day mug and a girl called Angie served me me and she was absolutely unbelievable she was so polite fantastic and what an employee to have she was brilliant she could not do enough for me well done! Dean

What a rip off..... £230 for a replacement screen for a galaxy s8 which is more expensive than samsung direct with longer lead times..... but either way you can buy a reconditioned s8 cheaper than you can buy a screen.I wont even ask how much to get s key cut

Multiple trips to get keys that actually fit. Gave up in the end. In this day and age is it that difficult to cut a key?

Terrible customer service, some staff need training on customer relations, often not open advertised time although staff are in.

Absolutely fantastic service,went in at 11 am and needed a suit done for 3pm,the girls took it and said it wasn't a problem at all...went back just be for 3 and it was all done ironed and bagged up....them two women who work in there are stars....Anne and Steph I think they're called....would recommend to anyone....

This is my experience to Timpson Leyland just recently ( in morrisons): I needed a replacement buckle for my boots. I went the first time and a lady told me and my husband that they will be able to get it made for £5. I said ok, I will bring my boots as I was only enquiring during that time. Then when I came back, the lady wasn't there and this man said they're not doing a made to order buckle at all. Despite explaining what the lady had said to me, he has not done anything nor even suggests a solution. 3rd time since I was in Morrison that day, I saw a different employee so I just asked again and even showed him the boots and told him about what the lady said the 1st time. He was a lot more helpful though. He said that they do not have it made however, if I have got a buckle on hand then he will do it for me; or I can just buy a cheaper shoes then remove the buckle! He even suggested to go Timpson leyland at Tesco as they have more products there and they might have a buckle. So I said ok, I will get my own buckle and go to the one at Tesco. (Mind you, it's convenient for me to go to Tesco or Morrisons because of my baby; aside from that we are new to the place and we've only seen Timpson as a temporary option. So I went to Timpson tesco leyland; here goes this guy, busy with his phone texting or I don't know. I was just about to explain and show my boots and not even a proper stare, just said to me they don't do it and continued on his texting or whatever. So I just went disappointed again. I went home, googling for anybody who can do it -- I saw that you can order it from amazon for a less cheaper price and you get more however, you have to wait for a while as it's coming from china. But I did ordered it and when it arrives, I brought it at Timpson Leyland (morrisons) again today; and the guy whom I believe was the same guy I saw the 2nd time -- said to me, no we don't have a buckle at the moment as we have it made. So I said I have got the buckle, will you be able to do it for me? And he said no, they don't do it. I even explained what the previous staff's suggestions etc., he still won't do it. I was furious with the inconvenience from these people, it's a pathetic useless customer service. I will never use their service, not even for keys or other things. Terrible experience!
