Disgusting service. Leaving vulnerable people without life dependant medication. Never open when they should be. Closed for full days days and that is if they have remembered to order repeat prescriptions. If your they have good luck in trying to get it. Do not use this pharmacy they are a joke!

I had a covid jab booked today. I mixed my time up and was an hour early. Thankfully Ibrahim facilitated me even though he must have been busy. Really good service and a special thank you to Ibrahim.

I've been using this chemist since before Well purchased it from the Coop, & they are a great asset to the village. Great staff, fast service, a good selection of 'other' goods, rather than just perscriptions. Staff are first rate, especially the chemist and Charlet, sorry I never could spell, I'm dyslexic.

If there was a zero star, this place would definately get it. Absolutely useless. They had received prescription electronically from GP, went in to collect only to be told it would not be done until the next day. This is no good for somebody who is in absolute agony. What a waste of space, use cohens chemist instead.

If I can give no stars I would !!My friend had a PCR Covid 19 specifically to travel with no results and everytime he calls they say we can't guarantee and this is absolutely not acceptable and outrageous !! Since this PCR is specifically done to allow travel and people can miss their flights and adding to that the amount of money they pay for this test .

Ordered a repeat prescription for ongoing medical condition. They couldn?t get hold of the medication so returned the prescription to the doctors without telling the patient. Other chemist have stock of the prescription but now have to wait for the doctor to reissue it to me. When rang and asked why they hadn?t let me know they said they had been to busy sorting out other patients - really!!!!!

Superb fast & efficient service! We called in to see if they could fit us in for our annual flu jabs at 11.30am out by 11.45am, done and dusted. You can?t beat that for excellent customer service! I would highly recommend them to anyone.
