I've been going to the salon for years (5 or 6) and always felt welcome and had a good experience. However my last couple of visits where very unprofessional. I overheard staff (including Sophia) talking about me as I walked out of the treatment room, I was absolutely mortified and very shocked. Sophia seems more bothered about getting wax on her nails than actually doing a good job of waxing and getting all the hairs off (which is supposed to be her job) Last time I called to book an appointment I was asked if I've been before to which I replied yes and said my name and didn't get much of a response, as if they had never met me before? Not a nice salon anymore since it has been sold. I left feeling awful the last couple of times I went in.

Staff were family welcoming for my first time visiting.I had a full leg wax but unfortunately I still have lots of hairs on my legs after my wax. I cannot find an email address and the salon is closed to ring them.Service: Body waxing

Me and my friend came today for a pedicure Sophia and Jenny are so so lovely and made us feel really welcome ? I love how chatty they both are and never made it feel awkward. We both felt so relaxed and felt like we needed a nap after. Thank you so much, both gorgeous girls! I wish Jenny the best of luck with baby number 3 and Sophia with the salon. You?ll smash it!
