Never in my life have I met staff so rude !!! Never ? seriously need to think about employing newstaff at Amplifon , if I could put no stars I really would (especially the lady at the front office ) would never recommend I xwould never return ?

Everything was ok at the beginning. But the application that was used did not always connect with the hearing aids. We changed the phone as it was damaged to a 6 month old phone running Android 11. We were not told in the beginning that only a few phones were compatible so choose a Nord 1plus . We attempted to connect to the application and failed. The phone is too new we are told. We were not told that there was a database of compatible phones until some weeks had passed. When reviewing the database we choose two different phones only to find that they would not connect with your application. We have to use a different application to connect the hearing aids not the amplifon app. This has taken many phone calls to resolve and many weeks have passed since first raising the issue.

My review deserves 5 stars. The service I received from Tom Maryan todaywas excellent. I have never had such an intricate hearing test in a long time.Well done Tom I know a lot more about my hearing.

I have been a client of Amplifon, Lytham, for a few years now. I am extremely happy with the service I have received and can highly recommend this branch of Amplifon, and also Amplifon as whole. The staff at Lytham are all fantastic and welcoming, and the Branch Audiologist has a breadth of knowledge. When needed, its very easy to get an urgent appointment at the Lytham branch. I feel that one of the greatest benefits of choosing Amplifon is that if you are away on holiday or travelling and are experiencing difficulties, it is very easy to book into the nearest branch for an appointment. I haven no qualms in recommending this company.

The service I have experienced from the Lytham branch of Amplifon over the past few years, has always been of the highest quality.
The reception staff are friendly, courteous and attentive to individual client needs.
Cheryl, the audiologist and manager, is very friendly and caring. She is competent, knowledgeable and passionate about her work. She has provided me, with consistently excellent service, which has helped me attain a much improved quality of life, in terms of my hearing.
It is without hesitation, that I can highly recommend the Lytham branch.

Absolutely brilliant service. Hearing aid brilliant and after service second to none. Reception staff very helpful. Cheryl the branch manager has gone above and beyond the call of duty to assist my mum who suffers from dementia. Donâ??t quite know where I would be without her dedication to duty.
Definitely recommend.

So pleased I booked a hearing test with amplifon, the staff were so friendly and professional and I had a very comprehensive hearing test. The Lytham branch was so handy for me and parking is not a problem. I have now got my hearing aids and the difference it has made is incredible the family now ask for the sound to be turned up on the TV instead of moaning about it being too loud. So thank you for making a difference

Cheryl was brilliantly kind, courteous and knowledgeable in helping my 87 year old dad today. Her patience and assistance were first rate. The equipment in the shop was far better than anything in the NHS. The receptionist (whose name I didn't catch) was also great. Recommended without hesitation.
