Used the Digital Check & Send service here for a passport renewal application, and greatly appreciated the patience and tenacity shown by the team to obtain a photo that the system would accept (didn't help that I've got wonky eyelids I think!). The process as a whole was smooth. (New passport received in less than 3 weeks too, which was a bonus.)

I went to this post office on Wednesday 18/01/23 to apply for my SIA licence, and I would like to say what a lovely lady of the staff that helped me with my application. She was very patient and friendly. She is an asset to the post office.

The gentleman who wrote a bad review with regards to the staff, I think you must have got out of bed the wrong side!! I find all the staff are very helpful and friendly in everyway possible. Nothing is never to much for them, as long have fulfilled your requirements ? %. I highly recommend.

They would get a 5* if they smiled, I think there?s only one member of staff that does and it makes you feel welcomed where as the others just seem annoyed with you for nothing and it doesn?t give you that good feeling.

Recently moved to France. The local Post Office here is run by an unsmiling, sour faced woman. Soo miss the staff in St Anne's Post Office. Always smiling, helpful and kind.
