Have used Bensons for Beds on a number of occasions and the choice and service is first class. Delivery date was kept and notifications were issued at regular intervals. A message was sent the day before and the delivery team contacted me 30 minutes before the scheduled time to advise that they were on their way. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bensons for Beds and will purchase from them in the future.

Overall not great. My first delivery attempt left and told me to phone up and rearrange which was a hassle and took three phone calls and over two hours to sort out. Second attempt the mattress packaging was damaged and it got wet after being dragged on the road.

We be always had a pleasant experience at Bensons Morecambe store. We have recently ours chase two mattresses and are happy with the product. We intend to buy the third and final mattress very soon.

I will not be shopping here again. Sales people in store and delivery men are good/helpful however bed was suppose to be delivered on 26th July, was loaded wrong so had to change delivery to 10th July, arrived with damage to the mattress AND bed frame. Was offered a replacement to be delivered in 2 weeks time which means a third day to take off work unpaid or was offered vouchers. A joke

So unhappy about the mattress so about 2 weeks ago we ware saved by a man called Mark so I tryed different matters I made it clear I liked a Pacific one as I kept going back to the same one that ware down in price as Mark didn't put down the right mattress down on the System and said to me got the Peper here and then I Said is it is a king size bed and said yeah and Looked confused and I ware like let's go upstairs and check it and said I have got it down here and I said okay no 2 day's before the driver it ware the wrong mattress Not one's said sorry to me or my mum he just explaicould of taken ant time from then
