Lodging in Morecambe, Lancashire

“Only stopped for drinks whilst out walking with dogs. The staff were great, and the bar was very busy with other patrons with and without dogs. We sat in a booth and ordered a couple of well-earned drinks. The view from the bar looks out over the bay, beautiful! It had a great, friendly atmosphere, excellent location, and ample seating inside and out. We visited early November on a gloriously sunny sunday around lunchtime, and even though it was busy, there was still plenty of room for us. (Not the greatest photos, but it gives you an idea)”

“Had a great experience in Dunelm in Morecambe today due to a really helpful young man called Dominic who was working in the store today. It is really nice to see that there is still some fabulous customer service in some shops. Thank you for all your help today!!”

“For the location the price for the room was very good.. and despite being right on the main road, very little traffic noise, even with a window open. A huge comfortable bed. A short windy walk to the nearest amusement arcade ?I can't comment on the breakfast as it needed to be booked the night before and (!) I found that £10.99, a bit extortionate. Perhaps guests should be given the choice of a small or large one, as they do in many cafés.Despite this, we would most definitely stay again.Rooms: A good size room”

“We be always had a pleasant experience at Bensons Morecambe store. We have recently ours chase two mattresses and are happy with the product. We intend to buy the third and final mattress very soon.”

“The hotel was clean and comfortable with the staff friendly. Thankfully it has a lift to the upper floors.However, we missed the parking was extra on the website when we booked!We paid £2 overnight up to 8 am and then £2 up to 2 hours in the nearest parking, which was a short-stay car park. The long stay was cheaper and you didn't have to dash out for 8 am, to pay again. It was a bit further to walk and not overlooked by the hotel. The best nearest breakfast about 1 mile away was a Toby or further out again MacDonalds!”
