Good array of stock at reasonable prices, but when you call to ask if something specific is in stock [to avoid a wasted journey] and just get told 'we are very busy, just come down' it is very discouraging to trade with them. They then call back to ask 'what's up' explain the situation and still just get told 'yeah... and we are busy'

Love this shop!! Bought internal doors a couple of year ago and been again for a few more. Very busy shop but very good on prices. Plenty of stock they just need a bigger shop with parking. Could do with an telephonist due to the amount of calls they get. Woupdnt go anywhere else now.
