“I recently moved to Ormskirk Pharmacy for my elderly Mum's medications because they do deliveries and I work full-time. Getting to a pharmacy to collect can be difficult when you work nearly 25 miles from Ormskirk! The previous Ormskirk pharmacy I used offered this service but it was a little chaotic. On one occasion I was told that my Mum's medications were out for delivery when in fact the prescription had not even been processed. When I asked for suggestions on the Ormskirk Community Group on Facebook, people suggested this pharmacy and in fact Ali Moody, one of the pharmacists got in touch too. I have since switched and have been really impressed with the service. If I have needed to call the pharmacy the staff have been pleasant, courteous and helpful and the delivery service has been absolutely spot on. Very glad that I made the switch!”

“Boots are good when they have a sale. Only thing not right was with a senior boots card I thought you got extra printout apparently its only when you buy boots products. So was a bit disappointed when I bought items there which were a brand name. So ladies look out!!”
