Couldn?t get my medication trays today shop said closed due to staff shortages I had to ring 111 & they sent a script to Hambleton but they couldn?t do it as not enough time then my neighbour who offered to take my daughter to chemist in Poulton had to wait because road out of village closed due to Gala so I?m sat here 2.30pm waiting to take meds I needed to take this morning ?

Never answer the phone. Have been trying since Thursday. Am very late taking my tablets. Hardly ever open or ?on lunch? breaks. I have had to move pharmacies because they simply do not care.

One suggestion would be to update the phone number on this Google page so people are actually able to contact the pharmacy, which would reduce queuing times

Wouldn?t use. Never open. Always late when you want to grab your prescription. Rude.

When I needed help with my mum?s medication they were incredibly helpful, fast, and courteous. Got good advice from the lovely lass at the counter, really eased my stress. Thankyou!

Rude staff, prescriptions take forever, can NEVER get through on the phone to check if it?s ready for me to collect!!!!! Going to change to a different pharmacy.

Only used this pharmacy for three months and so far they have been late with my medication delivery every month despite me ringing days in advance to confirm leaving me without. Plus I'm having to pay a delivery fee for this experience. Why?

You have to wait up to 7 days for a prescription and they often have to close because there was no pharmacist!!

Edited from 3 stars to 1 as I was told on a Thurs at 9am to go away and come back at 4pm ( was told the prescription was there on the previous Monday by the Gp's) I returned at 1.30 ( I'm working at 4) to be looked at like I'm a naughty kid and patronised by being told when and how to order a prescription ?( yes love I've been doing it since around the time you were born)? I'll be using another chemist from now on. It's atrocious!!Very disorganised. 90% of the time there is an issue with repeats. Its standard to have long waiting times and the online repeat prescription service is beyond a joke and to be avoided at all costs.

I booked myself and the in-laws for our flu jabs into Knott End Lloyd's pharmacy. Staff were extremely polite, patient and professional, we couldn't of asked for a better service. Thankyou to everyone at Lloyd's Pharmacy Knott End.Pros : excellent service and polite.Cons : None whatsoever.

Lots of staff doing nothing .....told your prescription will be 15 mins as busy ISaid I will collect it tomorrow ......next day told they have nothing for me ....my prescription is on a yearly basis so no need to order to be told they have changed there system ....but they have not told there customers .....everyone in the shop was having similar problems

Rude and arrogant staff at Knott End Pharmacy. There is a tall big woman there that interrogates you like Herman Goering. She is only an assistant, not a pharmacist. Moved to Hambleton Chemist. Fantastic staff and customer service.

Disgraceful service, they continue to loose at least one of our prescriptions. This is not a one off, but on a regular basis. Blaming the loss each month on the medical centre. Most unhelpful.
