“We went to TUI in Poulton to change a booking we had made here, we were met by Kath who asked what we were looking, when we explained what we were looking for Kath went above and beyond so we got exactly what we’re looking for, nothing was too much for her. Kath explained that because we were cancelling one all inclusive holiday and we wanted a villa holiday instead it would take a little time and she would have to get help. We got a call first thing the following morning to confirm everything was okay confirmed by email within minutes and everything was explained and was exactly what we had asked for. Customer service like this not easy to find a 5 star service from a very helpful and knowledgeable lady. I would highly recommend using TUI for any holiday we certainly will with no hesitation.
