What a fantastic shop! I needed a replacement stand alone oven desperately, but didn?t want to pay a fortune (as we intend to redo the kitchen at some point). The owners are extremely helpful and polite, in fact I?ve never met such lovely sales people, such a refreshing change in this day and age! The prices for the items on sale are excellent, we were offered a great replacement oven (it just had a couple of dents on the sides, but wouldn?t be noticeable once in place) and they were even able to deliver it free the next day, with removal of the old oven (as long as it was disconnected). Their communication is fantastic, ringing me up prior to delivery to let me know that it could be delivered earlier than planned. My oven came with a 6 month warranty and I feel that we wouldn?t have an issue with customer service, should a problem arise. Looking around the showroom, they have a wide variety of all sorts of electrical appliances, not just large white goods. I think this will be my go to shop for any electricals in the future. I definitely recommend the almost perfect shop.

Went to buy an oven today was greeted by Kyle he was so helpful, nothing was to much trouble. Offered us a choice of different styles and 6 months warranty was given. He helped us to the car. 100% recommend.

Got a chest freezer and a couple of other items all perfect and could not believe the price the guy was very polite and knew what he was talking about and did not try to hide any faults, delivery was also great at the time stated will definitely be going back

This shop was recommended by a friend. I managed to find the store, with the entrance up a concrete slope on the left. I was greeted by the manager, Kyle and was directed to exactly what I was looking for. The admin was simple and quick and the price is brilliant for a product which works perfectly and is cosmetically "almost perfect". Delivery was the following day. I can recommend it without hesitation.

Went to purchase a hoover. was met with very friendly staff on site. had a small part missing from item and after speaking to nicole on their facebook account my issue was dealt with extremely quickly and the customer service was overall brilliant. would definitely recommend.

Exceptional customer service from Kyle. Spoke to him during the week regarding one of their products. As I couldn't get to him until the weekend, Kyle held the product back for us. As soon as you step into the shop your greeted with a smile and warm welcome.The shop itself has a good range of products to suit all budgets.
